1. Service Overview

NorthStar Denizcilik S.R.L. (the "Provider") offers specialized consulting services in maritime financing, port management, shipping risk audit, and marine leasing solutions for commercial fleets. Services include, but are not limited to, port financial management courses and customized analyses.

All information presented on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer or mandatory financial advice.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Provider's Obligations:

• Providing professional services, in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of information received from the Client.
• Transparent communication of all service terms, costs, and limitations.

Client's Obligations:

• Providing complete and accurate information necessary for service delivery.
• Paying agreed fees within established deadlines.
• Using provided materials and consultancy for legal purposes and in compliance with regulations.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

• Financial or business losses resulting from decisions made by the Client based on the consultancy provided.
• Unforeseen changes in legislation or the market affecting the viability of proposed solutions.
• Delays or interruptions in services caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

The Provider's total liability is limited to the value of the fee paid for the specific service that generated the dispute.

4. Financial Terms and Modifications

Service fees are communicated in advance and may be subject to adjustments, with prior notice of at least 30 days. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on this page. Continued use of the services after modification constitutes your acceptance.

Consulting services are provided for a fee. Specific payment, refund, or service termination conditions will be detailed in the individual contract signed with the Client.
